David has been a Certified Superior Court Mediator since 2023. His mediation practice focuses on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and business dispute matters. Drawing on over 14 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, he applies a measured, informed approach to help parties resolve their claims efficiently and fairly.
For scheduling, David limits his calendar to one mediation per day, ensuring flexibility and focus. There are no pre-set start or end times. Mediations can begin any time between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Many attorneys prefer a mid-morning start around 9:30 or 10:30 a.m., which allows time to address personal matters, settle into the day, and still conclude well before 5:00 p.m. This timing also benefits traveling parties by avoiding morning rush hour traffic and allowing time to meet with their attorney before opening remarks.
This flexibility does not mean that mediations are expected to run all day. David strives to work as efficiently as the parties will allow. For those who prefer a defined morning or afternoon session, that structure works just as well. His schedule is designed to accommodate your preferences. Mediations are typically held via Zoom for convenience, but in-person sessions are available if agreed to by the parties.
David can also accommodate short-notice scheduling requests. While many mediators book three to five months in advance, he recognizes that some cases benefit from a quicker resolution.
